About tiers

The number of DTM users corresponds to the Aras tier levels. However, the DTM tier is based on the expected number of users. For example, if Aras is contracted at Tier 1,000 but the expected number of DTM users is 100, the required DTM tier will be based on the 100 users.

Aras Version

We ask for the version of Aras that the customer intends to use and request a verification period of 2 to 3 weeks. If any adjustments are necessary, we will provide a modified DTM module.

Contract Period

The subscription is based on an annual contract, which includes support and upgrades for DTM. For the first year, a two-year renewal contract is required as the basic condition.

Customization

Customization costs are not included in the subscription fee. If customization or additional development is needed for the DTM standard package during implementation, a separate estimate will be provided. Depending on the scope of the customization, 30% of the actual customization and development costs may be added to the subscription fee for future updates.

Change in license tier

You can add licenses during the subscription period, but reductions are not allowed. Any additional licenses will be based on the initial subscription period. License adjustments will be made during the renewal period.

Trial

A paid trial is available for a specified period.
